At Coresyncsol, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, refunds and cancellations are subject to the conditions below.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project before work begins.
Once work has started, cancellation is not permitted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed services

• Partially completed work

• Change of mind after project start

• Delays caused by client in providing content or responses

Refunds may be considered only if:

• We fail to deliver the initial project scope

• No work has been started after partial payment

Non-Refundable Services

• Logo & graphic design after first draft

• Domain, hosting, and third-party tools

• Marketing services already executed

• SEO services (due to nature of work)

Project Delay Policy

If a client becomes unresponsive for 10+ days, the project will be placed on hold.
No refunds will be provided.
