Payments

All payments are non-refundable after work starts.
Third-party purchase fees (domain, hosting, plugins, ads) are non-refundable.
Revisions
Revisions depend on the package selected.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur charges.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information and timely feedback
Supply required content (text, images, credentials)
Make payments within the agreed timeline
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables belong to the client only after full payment.
Raw files (AI, PSD, working files) remain the property of Coresyncsol unless purchased separately.
Limitation of Liability
Coresyncsol is not liable for:
Business losses or lost profits
Delays caused by the client
Issues with third-party platforms (hosting, servers, ad accounts)
Any indirect or consequential damages
Termination
We may terminate service if:
Payments are delayed
The client is uncooperative or abusive
Terms are violated
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Coresyncsol operates.
